Agreement to Terms

By booking a service, purchasing a package, or using the website for Evolve Detailing Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with booking or using our services.

Mobile Service Requirements

As a mobile detailing provider, Evolve Detailing Co. comes directly to your location. To perform our services safely and effectively, customers must ensure:

Safe and legal access to the vehicle on a flat, stable surface (driveway, private parking lot, or safe street area).
Sufficient working space around the entire vehicle.
Clear permission from property owners or managers if services are to be performed at an apartment complex, workplace, or private facility.
Removal of all personal belongings, valuables, cash, and child safety seats prior to our arrival. Evolve Detailing Co. is not responsible for missing or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

Appointments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Booking Confirmations: Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a booking notification from our team.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Weather & Unforeseen Events: Because our operations are outdoor and weather-dependent, we reserve the right to reschedule services due to hazardous weather conditions (such as extreme heat, rain, high winds, or severe smoke). In such cases, we will work with you to find the next available appointment.

Service Quotes and Pricing

Initial price quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates based on standard vehicle conditions.
Final pricing may be adjusted on-site prior to starting work if the vehicle contains excessive contamination, severe pet hair, heavy staining, mold, or biohazards requiring extra time and specialized treatments.
Any changes to the service price will be communicated to and approved by the customer before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the detailing service.
We accept standard payment methods including major credit/debit cards, contactless mobile payments, and cash.
Late payments or uncollected balances may be subject to additional service fees.

Pre-Existing Damage and Vehicle Inspection

Our team will conduct a brief pre-service walkaround to note any existing damage, paint chips, clear coat failure, torn upholstery, or mechanical issues.
Evolve Detailing Co. is not responsible for pre-existing wear and tear, oxidized or clear-coat damaged paint, loose interior trim, broken plastic clips, or previous improper repairs.
We take extreme care with all vehicles, but customers acknowledge that deep stain extraction or heavy dirt removal may expose underlying wear or damage previously hidden by dirt.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your vehicle with our technician upon service completion. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Limitation of Liability

Evolve Detailing Co. and its operators shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
